Community Guidelines
Last updated: 24 avril 2026
MyEvents360 is a space designed to celebrate your shared moments: weddings, birthdays, trips, parties, off-sites… For every event to remain welcoming and safe, the community agrees to follow these guidelines.
1. Our principles
- Respect. Every participant deserves to be treated with courtesy, regardless of age, gender, origin, orientation, religion or beliefs.
- Consent. Photos, videos and messages shared stay within a defined circle. Never take content out of context without the consent of the people involved.
- Authenticity. Don't impersonate others and don't create fake events to deceive or harm.
2. Prohibited behaviors
The following are strictly forbidden:
- Harassment in any form: repeated unwanted messages, intimidation, threats, blackmail.
- Hate speech targeting a person or group based on protected characteristics (origin, gender, orientation, disability, religion…).
- Sharing content that is pornographic, violent, terrorism-related, glorifies crime or promotes self-harm.
- Doxxing: sharing someone else's private contact information (phone, address, employer) without consent.
- Spam: unsolicited advertising, fraudulent links, chains.
- Impersonation: using a false identity to mislead other members.
3. Photos and videos
An event is a private space between guests. Before posting another participant's photo or video:
- Make sure you have their consent, especially for children and minors.
- Do not use the content outside the event without permission.
- If someone asks for a photo to be removed, comply without argument.
4. Organizer role
The event creator (and any admins they appoint) is responsible for the atmosphere within their space. They can:
- Remove an inappropriate message or media.
- Remove a member who breaks the charter.
- Temporarily lock the chat in case of tension.
- Choose who can post media or send messages.
5. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that breaks this charter:
- Use the Report button available on every media item, message or event.
- For serious cases or issues that cannot be reported in-app, email contact@myevents360.com. Reports are processed within 72 business hours.
- In case of immediate danger (threat, violence), also contact the local law enforcement authorities.
6. Sanctions
Depending on the severity of the breach, MyEvents360 may apply, without notice:
- Removal of the offending content.
- A formal warning to the user.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account removal for repeat or serious offenses.
- Forwarding the case to the authorities where facts justify it.
7. Your tools to stay safe
- Block a contact to end all exchanges.
- Leave an event at any time.
- Control your profile privacy and notification preferences.
- Request deletion of your data via the profile or by email to contact@myevents360.com.
8. Contact
