Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 24 avril 2026
MyEvents360 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our commitments, strictly prohibited behaviors, and the means by which users can report any suspicious content or behavior.
1. Strictly prohibited content and behavior
The following are formally forbidden across all our services:
- Any image, video, drawing or text depicting a minor in a sexual, erotic or suggestive context (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material).
- Soliciting a minor for sexual purposes, regardless of the channel used (private messages, event chat, comments).
- Grooming: psychological manipulation aimed at gaining a minor's trust to abuse them.
- Distribution, sharing or promotion of links, groups or websites hosting CSAM content.
- Exploitation or endangerment of a minor in any form (trafficking, prostitution, incitement to run away).
2. Reporting mechanisms
MyEvents360 offers several ways to report content or behavior that violates these rules:
- In-app "Report" button — available on every message, photo, video, user and event.
- Dedicated email: contact@myevents360.com with subject line "CSAE Report" for priority handling.
- Immediate emergency: if a minor is in imminent danger, contact law enforcement immediately (911 in the US, 112 in Europe) before or in parallel with your report to MyEvents360.
All CSAE reports are processed within 24 hours and handled in strict confidence. The reporter is never identified to the reported person.
3. Handling of reports
When a CSAE report is received, MyEvents360 commits to:
- Immediately remove any content reported as CSAM pending review, to protect potential victims.
- Immediately suspend the reported account during investigation.
- Preserve evidence (content, metadata, logs) for the duration required by law, to forward to authorities.
- Report to competent authorities — see next section.
- Permanently ban any user confirmed as an author of CSAM or minor solicitation.
4. Cooperation with authorities
MyEvents360 cooperates with legal authorities and organizations dedicated to child protection:
- France — Pharos (official reporting platform of the Ministry of Interior): www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr
- International — NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children): www.missingkids.org
- Europe — INHOPE (European network of CSAM hotlines): www.inhope.org
Upon legal request and in compliance with GDPR, MyEvents360 forwards relevant investigative information to competent authorities.
5. Legal compliance
MyEvents360 complies with all applicable laws regarding the protection of minors:
- France — articles 227-23 and 227-24 of the Penal Code (prohibition of child pornography and incitement of minors).
- European Union — regulation on preventing and combating child sexual abuse (proposed CSAM regulation), GDPR for minors' data protection.
- United States — 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC).
6. Minimum age and verification
The minimum age to use MyEvents360 is 13 years old. Upon registration, the user confirms they have reached the legal age required. Any account where it is established that the user is under 13 is deleted and associated data is erased within the timeframes required by law.
Event organizers featuring minors are asked to exercise additional vigilance: restrict access to the guest list, share photos only within a trusted circle, and obtain parental consent before any publication including a minor.
7. Our human and technical resources
- Content moderation — combination of automated detection (keywords, hashes) and human review for all reports.
- Dedicated team — CSAE reports are handled by the security team, trained to deal with this type of content.
- User tools — block, leave an event, granular control of visibility permissions.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy is reviewed at least every 12 months and updated based on legislative developments, industry best practices, and feedback from our community.
9. Dedicated contact
