Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MyEvents360, available through the mobile app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you fully accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Service: the MyEvents360 app and website, letting you organize events and share content within them.
• User: any person who has created an account on the Service.
• Event creator: user who has created an event and thereby becomes its admin.
• Member: user joining an event created by someone else.
• Content: any data posted by a user (photos, videos, messages, questionnaire answers).

2. Acceptance and changes

Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. MyEvents360 may update them at any time. Users will be notified by email or in the app of any material change.

3. Sign-up and account

Sign-up requires a valid email address and a password. Users must be at least 15 years old; between 15 and 18, the consent of a legal guardian is required.

Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for actions taken from their account. Any fraudulent use must be reported promptly to contact@myevents360.com.

4. User-generated content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights to that content and respect third-party rights (image rights, copyright, privacy).

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic, violent, hateful or discriminatory content.
• Harassment, defamation, threats.
• Content that infringes on others' privacy, notably posting photos of third parties without their consent.
• Counterfeit, copyright or trademark infringement.
• Illegal activities, promotion of illicit products.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising.

By posting content, users grant MyEvents360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display that content to members of the event concerned, solely to provide the Service.

4 bis. Shared custom themes

The Service lets users create custom visual themes (colors, font, icons, etc.). By default these themes remain private to the user and are not reused in any way.

By enabling the "Share theme" option, the user voluntarily offers their theme to MyEvents360 and grants it a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable license, for the legal term of protection of the rights, to host, reproduce, adapt, publish and make this theme available to other users, in particular within the public theme library, including for the purpose of promoting the Service.

The user may withdraw the sharing of their theme as long as it has not been added to the public library. Themes already included in the library constitute independent entries and remain usable by MyEvents360 notwithstanding any subsequent withdrawal.

A theme contains no identifying personal data; sharing it therefore does not involve the communication of any personal data.

5. Moderation

MyEvents360 uses automated moderation tools (inappropriate-content detection) and handles user reports. In case of a confirmed breach, the publisher may remove the offending content and, depending on severity, suspend or delete the author's account.

5 bis. Artificial-intelligence features

MyEvents360 offers optional artificial-intelligence features, activated solely at the user's initiative: a conversational assistant, AI-assisted event creation, and cover-image generation from a text description.

Content produced by these features is generated automatically and provided "as is", as assistance. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information or unexpected results. The user must check it and, where appropriate, correct it before any use or publication. MyEvents360 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content, and cannot be held liable for decisions made or content published on the basis of such results.

The user remains solely responsible for the content they publish through these features, which remains subject to article 4 (prohibited content) and to the moderation set out in article 5. The user shall not use these features to generate or distribute unlawful or prohibited content, or otherwise misuse them.

These features rely on third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Their availability may vary, be limited by usage quotas, or be suspended, modified or removed at any time, without entitlement to compensation. The processing of data entered through these features is described in the privacy policy.

6. Service availability

MyEvents360 strives to keep the Service continuously available. However, interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical incidents are possible. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of such interruptions.

7. Intellectual property

Service elements (brand, logo, visual identity, code) are the exclusive property of MyEvents360. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Liability

MyEvents360 acts as a host of user-generated content within the meaning of applicable EU law (e.g. the Digital Services Act). It may only be held liable when a clearly unlawful reported content has not been removed within a reasonable time.

The publisher is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, loss of profit or commercial damage resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Pricing

The Service is currently free for all users. MyEvents360 reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future; these will be clearly presented and require explicit consent before any billing.

10. Suspension and termination

Users can delete their account at any time from the app settings or by contacting contact@myevents360.com.

MyEvents360 may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these Terms, in particular the prohibited-content rules.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
