This policy explains how myevents360.com uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL guidance.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, mobile, tablet) by a website you visit. It allows the site to remember information about your visit.
2. What the site stores on your device
No first-party cookies. The myevents360.com website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Your language is carried by the page address (/fr/ or /en/), not by a cookie.
This is why the site shows no consent banner: it uses no tracker that requires your consent.
Bot protection on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form and the illegal content report form use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) to tell people from bots and block automated submissions. Its script is only loaded on these two pages. To run its check, it analyses technical signals from your browser and connection, and may store technical data there for the duration of the check.
This tracker is strictly necessary for the security of the service you request (sending the form): it is exempt from consent. It is used neither for advertising nor for audience measurement.
No advertising or audience-measurement trackers
The site contains no advertising pixels, no audience-measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) and no third-party social media buttons. To display the app store links, it queries our server (api.myevents360.com), without cookies.
This policy only covers the myevents360.com website. The MyEvents360 app has its own processing, including for advertising, described in the privacy policy.
The web version of the app (app.myevents360.com) sets no cookies and no advertising trackers: it only uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (for instance the theme), which is strictly necessary for the service and requires no consent.
