2. Hosting

The website myevents360.com, the web version of the app (app.myevents360.com) and the media shared in the app (Cloudflare R2 storage service) are hosted by:

The application database is hosted by:

• Supabase Pte. Ltd. — 65 Chulia Street, #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513 — the provider does not publish a phone number; contact: legal@supabase.io (personal data: privacy@supabase.io). Servers located in the European Union (Central Europe region, Frankfurt, Germany).

Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services ("DSA"), the single point of contact of MyEvents360 for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users is: contact@myevents360.com.

Accepted languages: French and English.

To report content you consider illegal, including without a MyEvents360 account, use the reporting form. Signed-in users can also report content directly from the app.

4. Intellectual property

All items that make up the MyEvents360 site and app (texts, logos, visual identity, code) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

Content published by users (photos, videos, messages) remains their property. The rights granted to MyEvents360 over that content are set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information on the website. Its liability towards users of the app is governed by the Terms of Service, within the limits allowed by law.

6. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. MyEvents360 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is subject to French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence (see the Terms of Service).
