The website myevents360.com is hosted by:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (static hosting via Cloudflare Pages).

The application API (api.myevents360.com) is hosted by Railway Corp. in the United States. User data is operated by Supabase Inc. with an EU-based instance. Media storage uses Cloudflare R2.

3. Intellectual property

All items that make up the MyEvents360 site and app (texts, logos, visual identity, code) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

Content published by users (photos, videos, messages) remains their property. By publishing it, they grant MyEvents360 a non-exclusive hosting and display license strictly for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information provided. However, it cannot be held liable for service interruptions, errors or damages resulting from the use of the site or app.
